C\u00e2y \u0111\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi c\u1ea3 hai gen \u0111\u1ec1u c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00e0m thay \u0111\u1ed5i ph\u1ed5 acid b\u00e9o bi\u1ec3u hi\u1ec7n ra (fatty acid profile), v\u00e0 h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng <strong>oleic acid<\/strong> t\u0103ng t\u1eeb 20 l\u00ean 80%, h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng <strong>linoleic acid<\/strong> gi\u1ea3m t\u1eeb 50 c\u00f2n 4%. C\u00e2y \u0111\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn ch\u1ec9 mang nh\u1eefng \u0111\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn mong mu\u1ed1n v\u00e0 nh\u1eefng enzyme c\u00f3 t\u00ednh ch\u1ea5t nh\u00e2n t\u1ea1o ch\u01b0a t\u1eebng th\u1ea5y.
