Qu\u1ea7n th\u1ec3 n\u00e0y mang c\u00e1c \u0111o\u1ea1n ph\u00e2n th\u1ec3 c\u00f3 tr\u00ean c\u00e1c nhi\u1ec5m s\u1eafc th\u1ec3 m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau c\u1ee7a gi\u1ed1ng l\u00faa indica ch\u1ed1ng ch\u1ecbu n\u00f3ng\u00a0<strong>9311<\/strong>\u00a0lai v\u1edbi gi\u1ed1ng l\u00faa japonica r\u1ea5t nh\u1ea1y c\u1ea3m v\u1edbi nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 n\u00f3ng \u201c<strong>Nipponbare<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>B\u1ed1n QTLs \u0111\u00f3 l\u00e0<strong>QTls, qHAC4, qHAC8a, qHAC8<\/strong>b v\u00e0\u00a0<strong>qHAC10<\/strong>. Ch\u00fang c\u00f3 vai tr\u00f2 l\u00e0m gi\u1ea3m c\u00e1c \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng b\u1ea5t l\u1ee3i \u0111\u1ebfn h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng amylose \u1edf \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 cao. Ch\u00fang \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh n\u1eb1m tr\u00ean nhi\u1ec5m s\u1eafc th\u1ec3 s\u1ed1 4, 8, 8 v\u00e0 10, theo th\u1ee9 t\u1ef1. QTL ch\u1ee7 l\u1ef1c\u00a0<strong>qHAC8a<\/strong>, c\u00f3 gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb LOD cao (6,196), \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng b\u1ea3n \u0111\u1ed3 v\u1eadt l\u00fd t\u1ea1i m\u1ed9t \u0111o\u1ea1n ph\u00e2n t\u1eed ng\u1eafn (small chromosome segment: ~300 kb).<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u1ea7n th\u1ec3 c\u00e1c d\u00f2ng con lai\u00a0<strong>CSSLs<\/strong>\u00a0mang nh\u1eefng QTL:\u00a0<strong>qHAC8a, qHAC8b<\/strong>\u00a0v\u00e0\/ho\u1eb7c\u00a0<strong>qHAC4<\/strong>\u00a0t\u1eeb gi\u1ed1ng l\u00faa\u00a0<strong>9311<\/strong>\u00a0c\u00f3 hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 \u201csplicing: cao \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi ph\u00e2n t\u1eed\u00a0<strong>pre-mRNA<\/strong>\u00a0c\u1ee7a gen<em>Wx<\/em>.
