B\u00f9i Ch\u00ed B\u1eedu v\u00e0 c\u00e1c c\u1ed9ng t\u00e1c vi\u00ean th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ea5p thu\u1eadn \u0111\u0103ng tr\u00ean t\u1ea1p ch\u00ed Plant Breeding and Biotechnology trong th\u00e1ng 02\/2014.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"NoiDungBai\">\n<p>Nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u ph\u00e2n t\u00edch tr\u00ean 310 c\u00e1 th\u1ec3 con lai thu\u1ed9c BC2F2\u00a0c\u1ee7a t\u1ed5 h\u1ee3p lai OM5930\/N22 \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi t\u00ednh ch\u1ed1ng ch\u1ecbu n\u00f3ng \u1edf giai \u0111o\u1ea1n tr\u1ed5 b\u00f4ng.<\/p>\n<p>B\u1ea3n \u0111\u1ed3 di truy\u1ec1n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u1ea1o n\u00ean v\u1edbi 264 ch\u1ec9 th\u1ecb SSRs \u0111a h\u00ecnh \u0111\u1ec3 t\u00ecm ki\u1ebfm gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb li\u00ean k\u1ebft \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi c\u00e1c t\u00ednh tr\u1ea1ng c\u00f3 li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn t\u00ednh ch\u1ed1ng ch\u1ecbu n\u00f3ng. \u0110\u1ed9 che ph\u1ee7 tr\u00ean b\u1ea3n \u0111\u1ed3 \u0111\u1ea1t 2.741,63 cM tr\u00ean 12 nhi\u1ec5m s\u1eafc th\u1ec3, v\u1edbi kho\u1ea3ng c\u00e1ch trung b\u00ecnh gi\u1eefa hai marker loci l\u00e0 10,55 cM.<\/p>\n<p>Ch\u1ec9 th\u1ecb ph\u00e2n t\u1eed c\u00f3 li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn t\u00ednh ch\u1ed1ng ch\u1ecbu n\u00f3ng \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1ecb tr\u00ean c\u00e1c nhi\u1ec5m s\u1eafc th\u1ec3 3, 4, 6,\u00a0 8 , 10, v\u00e0 11. Nh\u1eefng QTL gi\u1ea3 \u0111\u1ecbnh li\u00ean k\u1ebft v\u1edbi c\u00e1c ch\u1ec9 th\u1ecb ph\u00e2n t\u1eed c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 gi\u1ea3i th\u00edch \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c bi\u1ebfn thi\u00ean ki\u1ec3u h\u00ecnh ch\u1ea5p nh\u1eadn \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u00e0\u00a0 RM3586, RM160 tr\u00ean nhi\u1ec5m s\u1eafc th\u1ec3 s\u1ed1 3, RM3735 tr\u00ean nhi\u1ec5m s\u1eafc th\u1ec3 s\u1ed1 4\u00a0 l\u00e0 36,2, 17,1 v\u00e0 32,6%, theo th\u1ee9 t\u1ef1. B\u1ed1n QTLs gi\u1ea3 \u0111\u1ecbnh \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ecm th\u1ea5y c\u00f3 li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn h\u1ea1t ch\u1eafc tr\u00ean b\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1ecb tr\u00ean nhi\u1ec5m s\u1eafc th\u1ec3 s\u1ed1 4 t\u1ea1i qu\u00e3ng gi\u1eefa hai marker RM468-RM7076 v\u00e0 RM241 \u2013RM26212, gi\u1ea3i th\u00edch \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c 13,1% v\u00e0 31,0% bi\u1ebfn thi\u00ean ki\u1ec3u h\u00ecnh, theo th\u1ee9 t\u1ef1.<\/p>\n<p>Hai QTLs \u0111i\u1ec1u khi\u1ec3n t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 h\u1ea1t l\u00e9p c\u0169ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ecm th\u1ea5y \u1edf loci RM554, RM3686 tr\u00ean nhi\u1ec5m s\u1eafc th\u1ec3 s\u1ed1 3 gi\u1ea3i th\u00edch \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c 25,0% v\u00e0 11,2% bi\u1ebfn thi\u00ean ki\u1ec3u h\u00ecnh. M\u1ed9t QTL gi\u1ea3 \u0111\u1ecbnh \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ecm th\u1ea5y c\u00f3 li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn kh\u1ed1i l\u01b0\u1ee3ng 1.000 h\u1ea1t t\u1ea1i locus RM103 tr\u00ean nhi\u1ec5m s\u1eafc th\u1ec3 s\u1ed1 6, gi\u1ea3i th\u00edch \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u00a030,6% bi\u1ebfn thi\u00ean ki\u1ec3u h\u00ecnh. M\u1ed9t QTL t\u1ea1i locus RM5749 tr\u00ean nhi\u1ec5m s\u1eafc th\u1ec3 s\u1ed1 4 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh, gi\u1ea3i th\u00edch 10,8% bi\u1ebfn thi\u00ean ki\u1ec3u h\u00ecnh c\u1ee7a t\u00ednh tr\u1ea1ng n\u0103ng su\u1ea5t.
