Cho \u0111\u1ebfn nay, s\u1ed1 vi sinh v\u1eadt \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u01b0u tr\u1eef \u1edf c\u00e1c b\u1ed9 s\u01b0u t\u1eadp gi\u1ed1ng \u1edf Vi\u1ec7t Nam ch\u01b0a h\u1ec1 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 di truy\u1ec1n. V\u00ec v\u1eady, vi\u1ec7c \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 di truy\u1ec1n ngu\u1ed3n gen vi sinh v\u1eadt l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t vi\u1ec7c l\u00e0m c\u1ea7n thi\u1ebft l\u00e0m c\u01a1 s\u1edf cho c\u00f4ng t\u00e1c khai th\u00e1c ngu\u1ed3n gen n\u00e0y nh\u1eb1m m\u1ee5c \u0111\u00edch ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 sinh h\u1ecdc c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam. Nhi\u1ec7m v\u1ee5 c\u1ee7a vi\u1ec7c \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 ti\u1ec1m n\u0103ng di truy\u1ec1n m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 ngu\u1ed3n gen vi khu\u1ea9n v\u00e0 x\u1ea1 khu\u1ea9n c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam n\u00e0y l\u00e0 cung c\u1ea5p c\u00e1c th\u00f4ng tin c\u01a1 b\u1ea3n v\u1ec1 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng sinh t\u1ed5ng h\u1ee3p subtilisin\/nattoknase, lipase, ch\u1ea5t c\u00f3 ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh ch\u1ed1ng n\u1ea5m v\u00e0 ch\u1ea5t c\u00f3 ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh ch\u1ed1ng virus c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c ch\u1ee7ng vi khu\u1ea9n v\u00e0 x\u1ea1 khu\u1ea9n.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>V\u1edbi vi\u1ec7c \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng c\u00e1c ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p v\u1ec1 h\u00f3a sinh, ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p sinh h\u1ecdc ph\u00e2n t\u1eed, ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p tin sinh, vi sinh v\u00e0 ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh ch\u1ed1ng virus. \u0110\u1ec1 t\u00e0i \u0111\u00e3 mang l\u1ea1i \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c nh\u1eefng hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 nh\u01b0 sau:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u0110\u1ec1 t\u00e0i \u0111\u00e3 s\u00e0ng l\u1ecdc \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c 1.500 ch\u1ee7ng vi khu\u1ea9n v\u00e0 x\u1ea1 khu\u1ea9n \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ho\u1ea1t h\u00f3a th\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng, 123 ch\u1ee7ng (kho\u1ea3ng 8%) c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng sinh t\u1ed5ng h\u1ee3p c\u00e1c ch\u1ea5t c\u00f3 ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh nh\u01b0 sau: 55 ch\u1ee7ng c\u00f3 ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh ph\u00e2n gi\u1ea3i th\u1ea1ch m\u00e1u (subtilisin\/nattokinase, streptokinase), trong \u0111\u00f3 c\u00f3 50 ch\u1ee7ng vi khu\u1ea9n (91%) v\u00e0 5 ch\u1ee7ng x\u1ea1 khu\u1ea9n (9%). Trong 55 ch\u1ee7ng c\u00f3 ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh n\u00e0y, ch\u1ee7ng VTCC-B-129 v\u00e0 VTCC-B-131 c\u00f3 ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng nattokinase cao nh\u1ea5t v\u1edbi ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9 l\u1ea7n l\u01b0\u1ee3t l\u00e0 580 U\/ML v\u00e0 507 U\/ml. 66 ch\u1ee7ng c\u00f3 ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh lipase, trong \u0111\u00f3 c\u00f3 50 ch\u1ee7ng khu\u1ea9n (80%) v\u00e0 12 ch\u1ee7ng x\u1ea1 khu\u1ea9n (20%). 3 ch\u1ee7ng vi khu\u1ea9n c\u00f3 ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh kh\u00e1ng saccharomyces cerevisiae v\u00e0 fusarium oxysporum. 3 ch\u1ee7ng c\u00f3 ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh kh\u00e1ng virus l\u1edf m\u1ed3m long m\u00f3ng, trong \u0111\u00f3 c\u00f3 1 ch\u1ee7ng x\u1ea1 khu\u1ea9n v\u00e0 2 ch\u1ee7ng vi khu\u1ea9n. Ch\u1ee7ng VTCC-B-129 v\u00e0 ch\u1ee7ng VTCC-B-270 cho th\u1ea5y c\u00f3 ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9 ph\u00e2n gi\u1ea3i th\u1ea1ch m\u00e1u v\u00e0 ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh lipase cao.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>S\u00e0ng l\u1ecdc \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u00e1c ch\u1ee7ng vi sinh v\u1eadt c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng sinh t\u1ed5ng h\u1ee3p subtilisin\/nattoknase, streptokinase, ch\u1ea5t ch\u1ed1ng n\u1ea5m v\u00e0 ch\u1ea5t c\u00f3 ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh kh\u00e1ng virus. 103 ch\u1ee7ng bao g\u1ed3m 50 ch\u1ee7ng c\u00f3 ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh nattokinase ti\u1ec1m n\u0103ng v\u00e0 50 ch\u1ee7ng c\u00f3 ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh lipase ti\u1ec1m n\u0103ng c\u0169ng nh\u01b0 3 ch\u1ee7ng c\u00f3 ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh kh\u00e1ng n\u1ea5m \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ecdn l\u1ecdc, trong \u0111\u00f3 ch\u1ee7ng VTCC-B-129 v\u00e0 ch\u1ee7ng VTCC-B-270 l\u00e0 hai ch\u1ee7ng ti\u1ec1m n\u0103ng c\u00f3 ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9 nattokinase v\u00e0 ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9 lipase cao nh\u1ea5t . K\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc khung \u0111\u1ecdc m\u1edf c\u1ee7a gen m\u00e3 h\u00f3a cho nattokinase \u1edf 50 ch\u1ee7ng c\u00f3 ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh nattokinase l\u00e0 kho\u1ea3ng 1.000 bp, trong 50 ch\u1ee7ng c\u00f3 ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh lipase th\u00ec 27 ch\u1ee7ng c\u00f3 k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc khung \u0111\u1ecdc m\u1edf c\u1ee7a gen m\u00e3 h\u00f3a cho lipase kho\u1ea3ng 1.000 bp, 8 ch\u1ee7ng c\u00f3 k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc khung \u0111\u1ecdc m\u1edf c\u1ee7a gen n\u00e0y l\u1edbn h\u01a1n 1.000 bp v\u00e0 15 ch\u1ee7ng c\u00f3 k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc n\u00e0y kho\u1ea3ng 750 bp. S\u1ed1 b\u1ea3n copy c\u1ee7a gen m\u00e3 h\u00f3a cho nattokinase v\u00e0 lipase \u1edf ch\u1ee7ng VTCC-B-129 v\u00e0 ch\u1ee7ng VTCC-B-270 l\u1ea7n l\u01b0\u1ee3t l\u00e0 kho\u1ea3ng 11 v\u00e0 13. X\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh tr\u00ecnh t\u1ef1 khung \u0111\u1ecdc m\u1edf c\u1ee7a 7 gen m\u00e3 h\u00f3a cho nattokinase v\u00e0 3 gen m\u00e3 h\u00f3a cho lipase.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>S\u1eed d\u1ee5ng PCR-SSCP, c\u00e1c d\u1ea5u chu\u1ea9n ph\u00e2n t\u1eed c\u1ee7a gen m\u00e3 h\u00f3a cho nattokinase v\u00e0 gen m\u00e3 h\u00f3a cho lipase \u1edf 30 ch\u1ee7ng nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c thi\u1ebft l\u1eadp th\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng. X\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c m\u1ed1i li\u00ean quan gi\u1eefa ADN marker v\u00e0 ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9 cao c\u1ee7a nattokinase v\u00e0 lipase l\u1ea7n l\u01b0\u1ee3t l\u00e0 71,4 % v\u00e0 75%.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u0110\u1ec1 t\u00e0i \u0111\u00e3 t\u1ed5ng h\u1ee3p \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c nh\u1eefng \u0111\u1eb7c \u0111i\u1ec3m c\u01a1 b\u1ea3n v\u1ec1 h\u00ecnh th\u00e1i, ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh, \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n nu\u00f4i c\u1ea5y v\u00e0 ph\u00e2n lo\u1ea1i c\u1ee7a 8 ch\u1ee7ng VTCC-B-129, VTCC-B-131, VTCC-B-390, VTCC-B-270, VTCC-B-1085. VTCC-B-1089, VTCC-B-113 v\u00e0 VTCC-B-114.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 c\u1ee7a nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u n\u00e0y s\u1ebd l\u00e0 c\u01a1 s\u1edf cho c\u00e1c h\u01b0\u1edbng nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u ti\u1ebfp sau trong vi\u1ec7c \u1ee9ng d\u1ee5ng ngu\u1ed3n gen vi khu\u1ea9n v\u00e0 x\u1ea1 khu\u1ea9n \u0111\u1ec3 ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n c\u00e1c s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m khoa h\u1ecdc c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng nhu c\u1ea7u c\u1ee7a x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i hi\u1ec7n nay.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>N\u0103m 2015, c\u00e1c nh\u00e0 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7n Vi sinh v\u1eadt v\u00e0 C\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 sinh h\u1ecdc, \u0110\u1ea1i h\u1ecdc Qu\u1ed1c gia H\u00e0 N\u1ed9i do TS.
