Theo nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u, c\u00e1c t\u00e1c gi\u1ea3 \u0111\u00e3 s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng \u201c2D image analysis\u201d \u0111\u1ec3 xem x\u00e9t b\u1ea3y t\u00ednh tr\u1ea1ng, \u0111\u00f3 l\u00e0 chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0i h\u1ea1t (GL), chi\u1ec1u r\u1ed9ng h\u1ea1t (GW), t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 d\u00e0i \/ r\u1ed9ng (LW), di\u1ec7n t\u00edch h\u1ea1t (grain area: GA), chu vi h\u1ea1t (grain circumference: GC), \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng k\u00ednh h\u1ea1t (GD), v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ed9 tr\u00f2n h\u1ea1t (grain roundness: GR), trong qu\u1ea7n th\u1ec3 con lai gi\u1eefa japonica \u00d7 indica v\u1edbi 215 d\u00f2ng RILs (recombinant inbred lines). GL v\u00e0 GW c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c nh\u1eadn bi\u1ebft b\u1eb1ng pp th\u1ee7 c\u00f4ng, v\u00e0 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng nhi\u1ec1u nh\u1ea5t c\u00f9ng v\u1edbi t\u00ednh tr\u1ea1ng LW (i.e., GL\/GW) trong nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u di truy\u1ec1n v\u1ec1 k\u00edch c\u1ee1 h\u1ea1t th\u00f3c. GC v\u00e0 GA r\u1ea5t kh\u00f3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111o l\u01b0\u1eddng b\u1eb1ng pp th\u1ee7 c\u00f4ng, v\u00e0 ng\u01b0\u1eddi ta kh\u00f4ng s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng ch\u00fang c\u00f9ng v\u1edbi t\u00ednh tr\u1ea1ng GD v\u00e0 GR trong xem x\u00e9t di truy\u1ec1n k\u00edch c\u1ee1 h\u1ea1t. M\u1ed7i t\u00ednh tr\u1ea1ng \u1ea5y \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t b\u1edfi m\u1ed9t \u00edt gen kh\u00e1 \u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u00e0 nhi\u1ec1u gen \u201cadditive\u201d c\u00f3 t\u00ednh ch\u1ea5t th\u1ee9 y\u1ebfu, b\u1ed5 sung.<\/p>\n

T\u1ed5ng s\u1ed1 51 QTL \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ecm th\u1ea5y \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi b\u1ea3y t\u00ednh tr\u1ea1ng n\u00e0y trong 4 m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u kh\u00e1c nhau, 22 QTL \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi t\u00ednh tr\u1ea1ng GL, GW, v\u00e0 LW, ba t\u00ednh tr\u1ea1ng truy\u1ec1n th\u1ed1ng n\u00e0y. C\u00f3 29 QTL \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi 4 t\u00ednh tr\u1ea1ng kh\u00e1c. T\u1ed5ng s\u1ed1 51 QTL \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u1ebfp nh\u00f3m trong 18 qu\u00e3ng ph\u00e2n t\u1eed ch\u1ee9a marker.<\/p>\n

So s\u00e1nh v\u1edbi nh\u1eefng nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u tr\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u00f3 v\u00e0 ph\u00e2n t\u00edch t\u00ednh \u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u1ee7a QTL \u0111\u00e3 x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh, c\u00e1c t\u00e1c gi\u1ea3 th\u1ea5y r\u1eb1ng c\u00f3 6 qu\u00e3ng ph\u00e2n t\u1eed ch\u1ee9a marker ch\u01b0a \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c b\u00e1o c\u00e1o, m\u1ed9t trong s\u1ed1 \u1ea5y n\u1eb1m tr\u00ean NST 2 v\u00e0 NST 3, hai trong s\u1ed1 \u1ea5y \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1ecb tr\u00ean NST 6 v\u00e0 NST 8. C\u00e1c loci m\u1edbi \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ecm th\u1ea5y v\u00e0 h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng ki\u1ec3u h\u00ecnh tr\u00ean di\u1ec7n r\u1ed9ng s\u1ebd c\u1ea3i ti\u1ebfn \u0111\u00e1ng k\u1ec3 ki\u1ebfn th\u1ee9c c\u1ee7a ch\u00fang ta v\u1ec1 ki\u1ebfn tr\u00fac di truy\u1ec1n c\u0169ng nh\u01b0 ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh c\u1ea3i ti\u1ebfn gi\u1ed1ng trong t\u01b0\u01a1ng lai v\u1ec1 k\u00edch c\u1ee1 h\u1ea1t l\u00faa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
