N\u1eabm r\u1ec5 c\u1ed9ng sinh AM kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 t\u00ednh \u0111\u1eb7c hi\u1ec7u lo\u00e0i, do v\u1eady ch\u1ebf ph\u1ea9m AM c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 cho nhi\u1ec1u lo\u00e0i c\u00e2y tr\u1ed3ng n\u00f4ng, l\u00e2m, c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p, c\u00e2y \u0103n qu\u1ea3 v\u00e0 hoa c\u00e2y c\u1ea3nh. Ch\u1ebf ph\u1ea9m AM kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ec9 c\u1ea7n thi\u1ebft \u0111\u1ec3 t\u1ea1o \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c nguy\u00ean li\u1ec7u c\u00e2y gi\u1ed1ng ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng cao, t\u0103ng sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng v\u00e0 n\u0103ng su\u1ea5t c\u00e2y tr\u1ed3ng r\u1eebng, m\u00e0 c\u00f2n t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng t\u0103ng hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u1ea5t v\u00e0 b\u1ea3o v\u1ec7 m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng. Ch\u1ebf ph\u1ea9m \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng th\u1eed nghi\u1ec7m cho tr\u1ed3ng r\u1eebng Keo tai t\u01b0\u1ee3ng, B\u1ea1ch \u0111\u00e0n Uro v\u00e0 m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 lo\u1ea1i c\u00e2y tr\u1ed3ng kh\u00e1c t\u1ea1i c\u00e1c t\u1ec9nh Mi\u1ec1n n\u00fai ph\u00eda B\u1eafc v\u00e0 B\u1eafc Trung B\u1ed9. K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 b\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u1ea7u l\u00e0m t\u0103ng sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng, n\u0103ng su\u1ea5t c\u00e2y tr\u1ed3ng r\u1eebng t\u1edbi tr\u00ean 20 % sau 2 n\u0103m tr\u1ed3ng v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ed3ng th\u1eddi c\u1ea3i thi\u1ec7n t\u00edch c\u1ef1c c\u00e1c y\u00eau t\u1ed1 m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1ea5t v\u1ec1 vi sinh v\u1eadt t\u1ed5ng s\u1ed1, \u0111\u1ed9 \u1ea9m v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ed9 ph\u00ec. Tr\u00ean c\u01a1 s\u1edf k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u c\u1ee7a \u0111\u1ec1 t\u00e0i, th\u00e1ng 9 n\u0103m 2015 B\u1ed9 NN&amp;PTNT \u0111\u00e3 ban h\u00e0nh Quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh s\u1ed1 3620\/Q\u0110-BNN-KHCN c\u00f4ng nh\u1eadn Ti\u1ebfn b\u1ed9 k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 sinh h\u1ecdc v\u1ec1 \u201cQuy tr\u00ecnh s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t ch\u1ebf ph\u1ea9m N\u1ea5m r\u1ec5 n\u1ed9i c\u1ed9ng sinh AM (<em>Arbuscular mycorrhiza<\/em>) <em>in vitro <\/em>d\u1ea1ng b\u1ed9t cho c\u00e2y L\u00e2m nghi\u1ec7p\u201d. \u0110\u00e2y l\u00e0 c\u01a1 s\u1edf quan tr\u1ecdng cho nh\u00f3m th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n ti\u1ebfp t\u1ee5c tri\u1ec3n khai c\u00e1c nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t v\u00e0 \u1ee9ng d\u1ee5ng ch\u1ebf ph\u1ea9m AM ti\u1ebfp theo cho s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t.<\/p>\n<p>D\u1ef1 \u00e1n \u201cHoa\u0300n thi\u00ea\u0323n c\u00f4ng ngh\u00ea\u0323 va\u0300 sa\u0309n xu\u00e2\u0301t th\u01b0\u0309 nghi\u00ea\u0323m ch\u00ea\u0301 ph\u00e2\u0309m AM <em>in vitro<\/em> cho c\u00e2y tr\u00f4\u0300ng l\u00e2m nghi\u00ea\u0323p\u201d \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c Vi\u1ec7n Nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u Sinh th\u00e1i v\u00e0 M\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng r\u1eebng, thu\u1ed9c Vi\u1ec7n Khoa h\u1ecdc L\u00e2m nghi\u1ec7p Vi\u1ec7t Nam th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n t\u1eeb 2016-2019. K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c B\u1ed9 NN&amp;PTNT c\u00f4ng nh\u1eadn Ti\u1ebfn b\u1ed9 k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt C\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 sinh h\u1ecdc (TBKT CNSH) m\u1edbi v\u1ec1 \u201c<em>Quy tr\u00ecnh c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 nh\u00e2n sinh kh\u1ed1i in vitro v\u00e0 s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t ch\u1ebf ph\u1ea9m AM<\/em>\u201d theo Quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh s\u1ed1 3502\/Q\u0110-BNN-KHCN ng\u00e0y 11\/9\/2019 (M\u00e3 s\u1ed1: LN.VS.01.2019\/CNSH-BNNPTNT). D\u1ef1 \u00e1n \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u1ea1t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u00e1c k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 kh\u1ea3 quan \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t trong ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 sinh kh\u1ed1i <em>in vitro<\/em> (i) ph\u1ee5c tr\u00e1ng v\u00e0 t\u1ea1o m\u1edbi th\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u g\u1ed1c gi\u00e1 th\u1ec3 r\u1ec5 C\u00e0 r\u1ed1t <em>in vitro<\/em> mang gen sinh t\u00f3c r\u1ec5 Ri-tDNA, (ii) c\u1ea3i ti\u1ebfn m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng MSR cho nh\u00e2n sinh kh\u1ed1i c\u1ed9ng sinh AM, (iii) c\u1ea3i ti\u1ebfn hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt nh\u00e2n c\u1ea5y \u2013 t\u1ea1o c\u1ed9ng sinh AM m\u1ed9t l\u1ea7n cho nh\u00e2n sinh kh\u1ed1i AM <em>in vitro<\/em>. K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 Th\u1eed nghi\u1ec7m t\u1ea1i V\u01b0\u1eddn \u01b0\u01a1m: Sau 5 th\u00e1ng th\u00ed nghi\u1ec7m, v\u1edbi li\u1ec1u l\u01b0\u1ee3ng b\u00f3n 400mg\/c\u00e2y ch\u1ebf ph\u1ea9m AM <em>in vitro<\/em> l\u00e0m t\u0103ng sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng k\u00ednh D<sub>0<\/sub> c\u00e2y B\u1ea1ch \u0111\u00e0n Uro, Keo tai t\u01b0\u1ee3ng, Keo l\u00e1 tr\u00e0m, B\u00e1nh d\u1ea7y v\u00e0 C\u1ecdc r\u00e0o t\u1eeb: 60 -70% so v\u1edbi kh\u00f4ng b\u00f3n nhi\u1ec5m; Th\u1eed nghi\u1ec7m tr\u00ean r\u1eebng tr\u1ed3ng m\u1edbi: Sau 1 n\u0103m th\u00ed nghi\u1ec7m, \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng b\u00f3n nhi\u1ec5m 250mg ch\u1ebf ph\u1ea9m AM <em>in vitro<\/em> t\u1ea1i v\u01b0\u1eddn \u01b0\u01a1m k\u1ebft h\u1ee3p 400mg\/c\u00e2y ch\u1ebf ph\u1ea9m AM <em>in vitro <\/em>&nbsp;t\u1ea1i r\u1eebng tr\u1ed3ng l\u00e0m t\u0103ng sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng D r\u1eebng tr\u1ed3ng th\u00ed nghi\u1ec7m Keo v\u00e0 b\u1ea1ch \u0111\u00e0n cao nh\u1ea5t, \u0111\u1ea1t h\u01a1n 27-34 % so v\u1edbi kh\u00f4ng b\u00f3n nhi\u1ec5m; Th\u1eed nghi\u1ec7m \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng b\u00f3n nhi\u1ec5m cho r\u1eebng tr\u1ed3ng s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t: Sau 1 n\u0103m b\u00f3n nhi\u1ec5m v\u1edbi li\u1ec1u l\u01b0\u1ee3ng 400mg\/c\u00e2y cho r\u1eebng tr\u1ed3ng Keo tai t\u01b0\u1ee3ng v\u00e0 B\u1ea1ch \u0111\u00e0n Uro t\u1ea1i C\u00f4ng ty L\u00e2m nghi\u1ec7p \u0110oan H\u00f9ng (\u0110oan H\u00f9ng, Ph\u00fa Th\u1ecd) l\u00e0m t\u0103ng sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng k\u00ednh t\u1eeb 29-31% so v\u1edbi kh\u00f4ng b\u00f3n nhi\u1ec5m v\u00e0 cho c\u00e2y Keo lai t\u1ea1i Trung t\u00e2m Khoa h\u1ecdc L\u00e2m nghi\u1ec7p B\u1eafc Trung B\u1ed9 (Cam L\u1ed9, Qu\u1ea3ng Tr\u1ecb) l\u00e0m t\u0103ng sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng k\u00ednh D<sub>0<\/sub> t\u1eeb 17-20% so v\u1edbi kh\u00f4ng b\u00f3n nhi\u1ec5m.<\/p>\n<p>Hi\u1ec7n nay, ch\u1ebf ph\u1ea9m AM \u0111ang \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c Vi\u1ec7n NC Sinh th\u00e1i v\u00e0 M\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng r\u1eebng s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng trong gi\u1ea3i ph\u00e1p c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 sinh h\u1ecdc m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng t\u1ed5ng h\u1ee3p (bioremediation) bao g\u1ed3m c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 vi sinh v\u00e0 enzyme sinh h\u1ecdc, k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt t\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u00e1c h\u1eefu hi\u1ec7u gi\u1eefa th\u1ef1c v\u1eadt, vi sinh v\u1eadt v\u00e0 enzyme cho t\u0103ng c\u01b0\u1eddng c\u00e1c qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh sinh h\u1ecdc, ph\u00e2n h\u1ee7y ph\u00e2n gi\u1ea3i v\u00e0 sinh tr\u01b0\u1edfng \u0111ang \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c xem l\u00e0 bi\u1ec7n ph\u00e1p hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 b\u1ec1n v\u1eefng cho x\u1eed l\u00fd ph\u1ee5c h\u1ed3i m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng sinh th\u00e1i c\u00e1c b\u00e3i th\u1ea3i, gi\u1ea3i quy\u1ebft \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u00e1c v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 m\u00e0 bi\u1ec7n ph\u00e1p k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt truy\u1ec1n th\u1ed1ng kh\u00f4ng l\u00e0m \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c. \u0110\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t, th\u00fac \u0111\u1ea9y nhanh s\u1ef1 ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n\/t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng c\u1ee7a c\u00e2y tr\u1ed3ng.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
