font-size: 10pt;\">\u00d4 t\u00f4 l\u1eafp \u0111\u1ed9ng c\u01a1 ch\u00e1y c\u01b0\u1ee1ng b\u1ee9c v\u00e0 \u00f4 t\u00f4 l\u1eafp \u0111\u1ed9ng c\u01a1 ch\u00e1y do n\u00e9n tham gia giao th\u00f4ng s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t sau n\u0103m 2008 \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng M\u1ee9c 2 t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y 01 th\u00e1ng 01 n\u0103m 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">\u0110\u1ed1i v\u1edbi xe \u00f4 t\u00f4 \u0111\u00e3 qua s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u, Th\u1ee7 t\u01b0\u1edbng Ch\u00ednh ph\u1ee7 quy \u0111\u1ecbnh \u00f4 t\u00f4 l\u1eafp \u0111\u1ed9ng c\u01a1 ch\u00e1y c\u01b0\u1ee1ng b\u1ee9c, \u0111\u1ed9ng c\u01a1 ch\u00e1y do n\u00e9n \u0111\u00e3 qua s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng M\u1ee9c 4 k\u1ec3 t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y 15 th\u00e1ng 05 n\u0103m 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; T\u1eeb nh\u1eefng n\u0103m \u0111\u1ea7u tri\u1ec3n khai Quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh s\u1ed1 249\/2005\/Q\u0110-TTg, vi\u1ec7c ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng kh\u00ed th\u1ea3i xe \u00f4 t\u00f4 s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t, l\u1eafp r\u00e1p v\u00e0 nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u m\u1edbi \u0111\u00e3 mang l\u1ea1i nh\u1eefng hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 r\u00f5 r\u1ec7t. Tuy nhi\u00ean, t\u00ednh \u0111\u1ebfn th\u00e1ng 5\/2018, s\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng xe \u00f4 t\u00f4 tham gia giao th\u00f4ng \u0111\u00e3 t\u0103ng 3,22 l\u1ea7n so v\u1edbi n\u0103m 2008 (3.050.794 xe so v\u1edbi 946.601 xe) v\u00e0 ti\u1ebfp t\u1ee5c gia t\u0103ng t\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 \u00f4 nhi\u1ec5m kh\u00f4ng kh\u00ed, \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t l\u00e0 \u00f4 nhi\u1ec5m m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng kh\u00f4ng kh\u00ed \u0111\u00f4 th\u1ecb \u0111\u00e3 gia t\u0103ng \u0111\u00e1ng k\u1ec3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Ng\u00e0y 1\/9\/2011, Th\u1ee7 t\u01b0\u1edbng Ch\u00ednh ph\u1ee7 c\u0169ng ban h\u00e0nh Quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh s\u1ed1\u00a049\/2011\/Q\u0110-TTg\u00a0quy \u0111\u1ecbnh l\u1ed9 tr\u00ecnh \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n kh\u00ed th\u1ea3i \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi xe \u00f4 t\u00f4, xe m\u00f4 t\u00f4 hai b\u00e1nh s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t, l\u1eafp r\u00e1p v\u00e0 nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u m\u1edbi. Theo \u0111\u00f3, \u00f4 t\u00f4 s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t, l\u1eafp r\u00e1p v\u00e0 nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u m\u1edbi \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n kh\u00ed th\u1ea3i m\u1ee9c Euro 4 t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y 1\/1\/2017 v\u00e0 m\u1ee9c Euro 5 t\u1eeb 1\/1\/2022.
