Ri\u00eang t\u1ea1i TP.HCM, t\u1ed5ng s\u1ed1 ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ti\u1ec7n \u01b0\u1edbc t\u00ednh l\u00ean t\u1edbi h\u00e0ng tri\u1ec7u chi\u1ebfc, trong \u0111\u00f3 xe m\u00e1y chi\u1ebfm t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 \u00e1p \u0111\u1ea3o.
