Quy chu\u1ea9n n\u00e0y ch\u00ednh th\u1ee9c c\u00f3 hi\u1ec7u l\u1ef1c thi h\u00e0nh t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y 01 th\u00e1ng 07 n\u0103m 2026, thay th\u1ebf cho quy chu\u1ea9n QCVN 135:2024\/BTTTT tr\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u00f3 c\u1ee7a B\u1ed9 Th\u00f4ng tin v\u00e0 Truy\u1ec1n th\u00f4ng.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-path-to-node=\"8\">QCVN 11:2026\/BCA \u0111\u01b0a ra 11 nh\u00f3m y\u00eau c\u1ea7u k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt nghi\u00eam ng\u1eb7t nh\u1eb1m x\u00f3a b\u1ecf c\u00e1c l\u1ed7 h\u1ed5ng b\u1ea3o m\u1eadt ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn, bao g\u1ed3m:<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_ce513298dcea8e47-31\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-path-to-node=\"9,0,1\">&#8211; Qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd m\u1eadt kh\u1ea9u v\u00e0 x\u00e1c th\u1ef1c: M\u1eadt kh\u1ea9u thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1ec3 m\u1eb7c \u0111\u1ecbnh m\u00e0 ph\u1ea3i l\u00e0 duy nh\u1ea5t ho\u1eb7c do ng\u01b0\u1eddi d\u00f9ng thi\u1ebft l\u1eadp.
