Theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh t\u1ea1i \u0111i\u00ea\u0309m c khoa\u0309n 1 \u0110i\u1ec1u XV cu\u0309a C\u00f4ng \u01b0\u01a1\u0301c, vi\u1ec7c s\u1eeda \u0111\u1ed5i, b\u1ed5 sung Ph\u1ee5 l\u1ee5c CITES s\u1ebd c\u00f3 hi\u1ec7u l\u1ef1c sau 90 <em>(ch\u00edn m\u01b0\u01a1i)<\/em> ng\u00e0y k\u1ec3 t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y di\u00ea\u0303n ra H\u1ed9i ngh\u1ecb (ng\u00e0y 05\/3\/2026).
